Minoware, or Mino-yaki 美濃焼 refers to Japanese pottery that was produced in Mino Province around the towns of Tajimi, Toki, Mizunami, and Kawagoei in Gifu Prefecture. Made using the soil of Gifu Prefecture, Minoyaki is the oldest pottery found in Japan and originated in the 7th century.

    The mini matcha bowl is beautiful. I'm very happy with my purchase and also with Inoue Tea. Good communication. Fast shipping. Bowl was carefully packaged.
