I am really enjoying this lovely floral matcha bowl! The color is a softer, creamier red, and the white swirl inside reminds me of the foam of ocean waves that gently wash over the sand on the shores of the beach. It is inspiring to use for calming moments of contemplation. I wanted to have a red bowl for grounding, and with the sand like color on the inside, it really seems to help, and looks beautiful with green or blue matcha (non-caffeine). The bowl has a nice pottery feeling in your hands, like it is handmade; it is a little smaller, so be aware whether whisking or frothing, to adapt how much water you use for desired matcha consistency. Excellent customer care, I highly recommend!
Beautiful craftsmanship! Color is not as red as it appears in photos, but chawan does not disappoint. Carefully and thoughtfully packaged. Arrived on time!
