Tasting Profile: Creamy with a nutty aroma and low astringency, but on the other hand quite strong bitterness. The best way to describe this would be a strong shot of espresso.
The aftertaste appears after a few minutes of drinking and is slightly sweet.
Unlike the ordinary matcha, Ureshino Kamairi Matcha uses kamairi (pan-fired) tencha that is ground into fine matcha powder with stone mill. Light, sweet, and roasted taste will be a perfect matcha for usucha (thin tea) or matcha beginners.
